The President

President Andrew Gunning, a carpenter by trade, is a graduate of the Residential Design and Drafting program at Loyalist College. He learned many of the business skills and work ethic that have helped him establish a successful company while growing up on a third generation dairy farm, Farnsworth Farms, in Tweed. As the site manager, Andrew works closely with our field team and ensures that our recognized high quality is maintained in each and every Farnsworth project. He pays careful attention during all aspects of the design and building process, and communicates with clients throughout construction. When dealing with Andrew, you will appreciate working with someone who knows what he’s doing.

The Operations Manager

Operations Manager, Nicole Bosiak, has a first-hand understanding of the construction process having spent summers working as a labourer for her uncle’s local home building company. A graduate of Queen’s University and a former employee of the Standards Council of Canada, Nicole has experience in project management and communications. She works with Farnsworth clients to ensure the process of making their selections (flooring, fixtures, etc.) runs smoothly.
